About Home Visiting

Home Visiting is a program that brings caring and supportive professionals to a family’s home during pregnancy and after childbirth to help a family prepare for and raise a baby.

Home Visitors are there whether you’ve had none, one, or many children. Every baby is different, and all parents need help with information, strategies, and connections to community support to raise a healthy baby. You know your baby best, and Home Visitors partner with you to help you reach the goals you set for your family.

Services are provided at no cost to families.
